Definition:
Mental toughness is a measure of individual resilience and confidence that may predict success.

There are 3 types of mental toughness:
Ignorance
Arrogance
Faithfulness

Mental toughness is the ability to accurately assess risk and weaknesses.
True mental toughness is faith in the sovereignty and goodness of the Almighty God.
